Since we were ten, we wanted to make a computer game together. With my (Christians) Programming and Data Engineering Knowledge and the ability to think in straight and logical ways and my (Johannes) special ability to think of things and stories, that lack any sense or reality ("Hey, there are hamsters, there are people who are called Lore - at least in some countries - there are mites and I´ve heard that there are such things as KITCHENS too!") we were able to found the greatest Superhero - Team, that ever roamed the universe: eyetrackgames.com . TADADADAAA!!! Only with the help of a lot of shady but loveable characters, who we are proud to call loved friends (further down), we were able to make this dream come true. Looking back at the hours and hours of work and looking at the product, it was totally worth it! And we definitely can´t wait to work through a lot more time to create Arachnophobia Episode 2! Thanks to you all out there, thanks for your Encouragement, your Help, your Advice, your Support, your Threats and Treats, thanks for your Appraisal, your Honesty and Patience! And now: Have Fun with Arachnophobia!

Christian and Johannes want to thank these people especially:

Two guys have an idea and it is crazy but really great - just as it always is with really great things. And there I go drowning in papers, using up two packs of crayons, four rubbers and five Indian ink pens: Lore, General Snowball and all the others moved into my head. And without knowing what I got myself into, I lost my heart to the two guys and our redhead - just as it always is with really great guys…

Masterly Music and Superb Sounds:
Emmerich Haimer

The most fascinating thing was experimenting with the sounds. How do you capture a mite step sound? How does a High Tech Nano Shrinking Laser Canon sound, when fired? What noise does a giant, evil spider make, when landing on the kitchen floor? With composing and making the different soundtracks for the scenes and levels, I was able to shape a great deal of the atmosphere in the game. From gloomy to adventurous, from monumental over funny to thrilling, nothing I couldn't use. And through my long work with Angizia, I have a lot of experience with "atmospheric sounds". I am totally looking forward to the fun challenge on working on the next episodes of Arachnophobia.
